Jared started working in the energy efficiency field in 2015 after graduating with a certificate in Renewable Energy and Energy Efficiency from Greenfield Community College. He joined Power House in 2017 and became a HERS rater soon thereafter.  In this time, he has inspected hundreds of buildings from in-law apartments to town libraries. After years of field rating, he now takes on the role of consulting with builders on efficient assemblies and organizing the processes of Power House as the Operation Manager. Outside of work he spends most of his time caring for his critters with his wife Kendra.
